Furnished double room with en suite

Hi

I am a retired lady, who had been living in a shared house on the outskirts of Shrewsbury which was sold, so currently living in a hotel, and I'm desperately looking for a nice, light and bright double room with en-suite (preferably ground floor but 1st floor would be acceptable) in a house/flat share or maybe an annexe. I'm happy to remain in the Shropshire area but would equally move anywhere if the right property becomes available. I spend most of my days in my room reading or watching TV, and occasionally sketch and/or paint.

I'm honest, trustworthy, tidy and respect other people's privacy and possessions.

I pay my rent on time every month. and my current landlord will be able to confirm this during the 2 years I've been his tenant. I also respect the house and furnishings.

I am a smoker but am happy to step outside and away from the property when I want to light up.
