Female seeks free accommodation

Hello, I am a female aged 45 looking for a single or double room in exchange for babysitting/mothers help or elderly companionship. I do not prefer to live with a single man. Preferably ladies and families please. If you have a spare room to give it to very responsible&understanding person please message me anytime. Thanks.(I can do basic meal cooking/cleaning the kitchen after dinner/ironing/taking care of & babysitting children /eldery companionship etc.10 hours per week) I am not interested in deep cleaning of the house or personal care needed occasions, therefore for the basic&daily task I can be a great help. I have also office/bookkeeping experiences if that could be an asset. Regards.(if you do not need any help but want to receive rent then I will offer £400- for a small box room as lodger/tenant)
