Looking for relaxed home with garden

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a double room in South/South West London but open to new areas (perhaps its time for a change in perspective!) I'd ideally like somewhere with outside space as I love gardening, or near a park. My budget is max £1100p/m including bills.

A bit about me: I previously lived in London for about 4 years and moved back two years ago for a new job. I develop museum exhibitions and love my job. I work from home on average 2 days per week. I'm looking for a friendly and relaxed home, I'm currently a lodger in a 2 bed flat and am keen for a similar set up but open to all options really. I mostly have relaxed evenings in the week, tending to the many plants or doing yoga. At the weekend I'm out seeing friends and often-ish trips away. In my current place we have a good balance of watching tv series, having dinner or going out at the weekend sometimes but also giving each other space. I like to keep my home clean and tidy and am respectful of shared space.

I'd like to move by the 25th September (a tad soon, my flatmate is selling), so also looking for something short term if I can't find a long term place straightaway.
