Seeking a Room

I am a self-employed personal trainer looking for a room in the Stortford area.

I am friendly, tidy, reliable, and quiet. I love animals so will be very happy living with a pet, if you have one!

I am currently in the process of purchasing a new home of my own in the area, and I am looking for somewhere to live nearby until my sale goes through and the flat is ready.

Because of this, I would be very grateful for a landlord/lady who can be flexible on moving out dates. It may only be for a short time - a month or two, but if the sale falls through or there are problems, I may need to stay longer. I will of course communicate my plans the the landlord/lady at every stage.

I will also need a desk in my room (or space to put my own) and a good internet connection as I do some of my work from home.
