37 yr old professional seeking 1BR flat or flatsha

Trying to find a room, preferably in zone 1-3 London. I'd need to be able to get into Central London in 30-45 minutes comfortably for work, gym, social life, etc.

I've got a budget of £1200, and ideally the lease would need to be a minimum of 3 months with a likelihood of extending. I'm also more than open to a tenancy of 12 months.

I'd be prepared to increase what's available in terms of budget for single tenancy 1 bedroom property options.

To tell you a little about myself, I'm a digital marketer, working for a record label based in Central London. Outside of that, I tend to keep myself pretty busy with a couple of my own creative projects that I'm working on alongside playing/coachingfootball, hitting the gym, socialising, etc so safe to say I wouldn't be around the house all the time, lol. Having said that, I'm pretty social and that would definitely be the case in or out the house, so ideally, having like-minded housemates would be great. Respect for people's spaces and tidiness/cleanliness is a given.

Really into my music so fellow Hip-Hop/R&B fans hit me up so we can talk music weekly, haha. Born in Paris but raised in London for most of my life so bonus points if you're French, haha.
