Young professional looking for flat mate!

I am looking for a flat mate / buddy-up to move into a flat with from the end of May / beginning of June. I am currently looking for a 2 bed flat around M3 (Castlefield/Salford) as I already live in this area and I work nearby!

My total budget including bills is around ?550-?650PCM. (Most of the flats I have seen have a total rent of ?850-?975).

A bit about me-
I recently graduated in Law in July 2018 and I now work as a Legal Assistant in the City Centre. I love cooking, trying out new recipes, yoga and going to the gym regularly. My working hours are Mon-Fri (9-5), so on weekends I am usually catching up with friends or visiting my family in London!

I would like to ideally live with someone who likes to live in a clean and tidy space as this is important to me. I?m happy to go for a coffee and meet up for a chat to!
