Seeking Room or buddy up

I am looking for somewhere friendly to live in Cardiff, moving possiby in April but with some flexibility. I'm looking to live in a professional house share (or mature masters/PhD students) with enough ammenities and space for those living there.

I am on a full-time occupational therapy masters programme, and I would consider the course very much like having a full-time job; the hours are full-time and involve 3 full-time placements over the 2 years.

Other than the budget and working on the odd essay/presentation in my spare time at home, there won't be anything particularly studenty about living with me! I've lived in professional houseshares for the last decade and would love to keep doing so.
I am clean and tidy and very respectful of people's space and belongings, and as such am looking for other clean and respectful housemates. I enjoy my own space but also enjoy being sociable, I'm an open and friendly person and love to live in a house where I can get along with and chill with my housemates. I super appreciate a quieter, friendly space where I can relax after work.

I have a real passion for the arts and education. I also love getting out into nature, camping over the summer is always on my to-dos. I love cosying up with a good book, going out for dinner, doing arts and crafts and getting a good night's sleep!

Ideal areas would be close to the Heath Campus, so Roath or maybe Whitchurch, but am totally open to looking further if the right space is available. I'm currently a bit further out in Tongwynlais and have loved the area for the quiet and the walls nearby!
