Students (Couple) looking for room to rent

My partner of 5 years and I would love somewhere animals are permitted, that is kept clean with very welcoming house members. We're looking for a room that would be in use 7 days a week, I am employeed full time at mcdonalds and my partner is a student doing Marketing.
We are both busy people who love football and other sports, love cooking and socialising, would be beneficial to have friendly house members. Flatmates can expect clean and polite guests.
Neither him nor I drink or smoke, preferably housemates would be the same but are very accepting and open minded to anything.
