27. Looking for room or to buddy up

Hey, my flatmate is going travelling after two fun years together, so I'm finding somewhere new to live when our tenancy ends.

I'm looking to move into a flat in the city centre, either moving into an existing tenancy or buddying-up. £900/pm (including bills) is about the maximum I’d be willing to pay.
I'm a pretty sociable person - generally out on the weekends and chilling more on the weeknights. It would be great to live with someone who I can call my friend - someone to hang out with, watch bad TV together, host themed flat parties together etc., but can appreciate some down/alone time too.

I'm clean, and keep things neat - I try and make a living space nice/chilled to come home to. I go to the office Tues to Thurs.
