Mature female professional looking for quiet room

Hi there. I'm a 30-something female Higher Education professional moving to London at the beginning of February 2019 to take up a 12-month work contract. I'm looking for a room or studio to rent in Finsbury Park, Highbury, Islington, Hampstead, Holloway, Highgate or Hackney, or thereabouts.

I'm originally from Birmingham, currently living in Leeds, and have previously lived all over the UK and Australia. I am well-accustomed to living in houseshares. Due to work commitments in Leeds I am unable to move before the beginning of February. I am planning to come down to London in the last few days of January for viewings, but may also be able to come down at the weekends before then.

As I have recently returned from a period of living overseas I do not own any furniture, so I am looking for a furnished room or studio in a quiet, mature, drama-free house with ideally just one or two housemates. .

I would love to have an ensuite room, but this isn't a must-have.

I would also ideally be looking for an arrangement where bills are included in my rent..

I'm looking to live with other professionals who are living their own lives and who respect each others' space and privacy. I'm friendly but also quiet and busy, and tend to keep to myself and chill in my room when I'm home, so I'm looking for a peaceful space to live in. I do cook rather than eat out so I will be using the kitchen every day, but only quick and easy meals, so I won't be hogging the hob! I eat a vegan diet but I don't mind living with meat-eaters so long as everyone cleans up after themselves,

I'm used to living in shared spaces with others, and I don't have much stuff. Between work, meeting friends, going to the gym, exploring what London has to offer, and travelling as much as possible, I expect to be out of the house a lot, but when I'm in I'll mostly be reading, writing or meditating, so I'm fairly non-intrusive!

I'm happy living with any gender and sexuality, and pets are fine (I'm an animal-lover with a special affection for cats).

I don't smoke.

I am looking to pay up to 750 per month if bills are included, but again, I am flexible if the right space comes up.
