Hi! I’m Kat, a 34 year old comedian, content creator and video editor based in Manchester.

I’m looking for either a double room in a quiet, respectful home or an entire flat of my own. I’m pretty independent and really value having a peaceful place to come home to.

Outdoor space would be a huge bonus, and I’d particularly love somewhere cat friendly. I’m also open to shorter lets, so happy to consider somewhere for a few months.
