(Males/Females/Couples all welcome) it's ?725 a month altogether for the whole flat so ?360 each if you're taking it alone or ?240 each if you'd take it as a couple. It's in L3 in a safe area on Lace Street. I can send on pictures of the flat if you'd like or contact the letting agency to organize another viewing if you'd prefer. Only downside is it doesn't have a washing machine unfortunately.
