Seeking a buddy up or double room 😄

I am a professional looking for a double room in a smaller house/flat or looking to buddy up to get a place together. I've lived in South for the past 4 years and like the vibe in South but open to other areas too, like East.
Work 3 days in the office and the rest WFH, and am also involved in a lot of music projects and events outside of work, so value creativity.
I am available to move now and have a max budget of £1250pcm.
Happy to share with anyone and just after a nice vibe at home tbh. I have furniture which I can bring with me (but not necessary) and lots of vinyl we can all play on a small setup.
I have shared with people for many years so can respect people's space while equally socialising together.
