Cute places near Battersea/ Clapham Junction plz

Hellooo,

I'm looking to buddy up/ join an existing house share around Battersea/ Clapham Junction. I'm easy living with guys or girls as long as they're respectful of shared spaces and have good vibes. I'm looking for a house of 2/3 - I could be swayed by 4 if it's a really nice place aha. I would really prefer an ensuite but given this cost of living palava understand if not possible.

A bit about me:
I'm 30 and work in digital marketing at McLaren Racing F1. This means my office is in Woking which is long for man, so is why i'm trying to move more south so I can get the waterloo or clapham junction train.

I'm a sociable person and am looking for people who are up for the pub every now and then or night in ranting about work/ hinge. Due to a busy work schedule I would prefer a calmer place especially in the week. I'd like a nice flat/ house but again with cost of living looks like box rooms are a solid grand a month.

I'm very respectful of communal spaces and clean up after myself, if anything i'm slighlty ocd. I won't lie i'm a shocking cook but it's always a laugh when i do attempt.

I have a super flexible move in date as I'm wanting to find the right place before putting my room up. But looking to move May or June 😊
