Hi there, I’m a 41yr old professional male, looking for a nice room (double preferred) near the centre of St Albans. I’m single, outgoing, I’m not a party animal, but I do like being social, I do not smoke. I’m into good food, weightlifting and fitness in general. I have traveled a lot and I lived in Spain for 12 years (I speak spanish). I am the head of e-commerce for a small fashion brand and so my job is quite demanding (and also WFH so need good internet access) so I need a relaxed atmosphere during the week but I have no issues if my flat mates go out-out on the weekend (you’ve got to live a little sometimes). I am easy going, clean and respectful and can get on with anyone.
