Friendly, coffee loving student looking for a flatshare (I DONT MIND PAYING COUNCIL TAX)
Im moving to Edinburgh in Aug/Sep (flexible) to start my Master in Architecture at uni of Edinburgh. Im currently based in Glasgow/Gothenburg, having just finished my Bachelor's. Im looking for a room/studio/flat, preferably under £800 month but can be a bit flexible. Most areas are of interest but preferably not further than 30 min walk from George Sq. Having lived in Scotland for a few years Im quite familiar with the system and its flaws so Im well aware how hard it is to find a flat.
About me:
Im 25 years old, originally from Sweden but have been living in Glasgow back and forth since 2019. I have pre-settled status and therefore the right to rent. I love reading, going to the gym, travelling, cooking and Im a severe coffee addict and I come with a nespresso machine that Im more than happy to share. When it comes to my own stuff, Im kind of a neat freak so rest assure that I will keep the flat tidy, altough I really dont mind a bit of messiness as long as the place is clean. I tend to keep to myself during the more hectic periods of uni (which is most of the time if you study Archicture) but I love sharing some meals and chats every now and then. Since Im Swedish, Im also more than happy to introduce the lovely concept of a FIKA. I also offer free translations of names at IKEA.
