Civil servant looking for modern en suite room

I work full-time as a civil servant in the public sector.

Room requirements:

- max budget pcm £950 inclusive of all bills
- furnished double en suite room with at least one window
- fibre broadband (ideally not Virgin)
- walking distance to Canada Water station
- enough space for 150x75cm desk

The room should also have an Ethernet socket for wired Internet, or the landlord should be okay with me connecting directly to the router with a cable.

My future housemates should be calm and considerate. I'm not looking for a party house. Restful sleep is important to me.

I clean up after myself and expect the same from others.

Interests:

I love going to the cinema. Nothing beats seeing a film for the first time on the big screen.
My top films are Blade Runner and its sequel, Star Wars: A New Hope, Interstellar and The Dark Knight Trilogy.
