Looking for a room in 2-bedroom flat or a studio

Interested only in 2-bedroom apartments or studios (for studios my budget would be higher).

My name is Eirini and I am a young professional, 30 years old with dual British/Greek citizenship who has lived in the UK for 12 years. Professionally I work with charities and companies in the sustainability sector. In my free time I enjoy reading books, playing board games, hiking, gardening, cooking/baking and doing crafts.

I am ideally looking in areas around top of Leith Walk, Abbeyhill, Meadows or Dalry. Very open to areas nearby that are up to 20-30 minute walk/bus for central Edinburgh/ have public transport to Wester Hailes, as I go there for work a few times a week.

I sometimes work from home - so a bedroom with sufficient space for a desk etc would be important.

Looking to live with someone who would want to at least be on friendly terms and have the occasional movie night or flat dinner but also respect each other's privacy and alone time.
