Looking for room/flat

I don't want to be rude about this folks, but if you're looking for a lodger and a) can't accept housing benefit applicants, or b) ask more than £360 a month rent, please don't waste either of our times and message me. I'm tired of getting messages from people offering rooms for £500 a month. 🙄

I'm looking for somewhere to make a fresh start. I'm currently unemployed, so I'm looking for somewhere that will accept housing benefit. I'm a Female to Male transperson, in the beginning of my transition.
I like reading, trees, and cups of tea.
I smoke, but can do so outside.
Vegan.
