Easy-going guy looking for room to rent

Hello,

I'm Chris, I'm 31 and currently working in Web Content for University of Bristol. Looking for a room or buddy up to rent in a house with one other person.

Have been living just off North Street in a 3 person house share for 5 years. The landlord's selling up so need to be out at the end of January.

I’m a creative person who enjoys books, writing, theatre, walking, nature, and baking, among other things. I'm pretty easy-going, quiet, and tidy. I enjoy being around other people, hanging out, eating together sometimes, watching trash films, etc., but am chill about letting everyone have their own space, and naturally like to have time to myself too.

I'll also probably bake for you at some point (I make regular and vegan stuff 😊 but I'm not veggie/vegan myself)
