Looking for a house friend to rent with M27/M30

I am looking to be a part of or make a house share in the Swinton or Monton/Eccles area.

Firstly, I have a 4 year old Labrador called Biggie. He is House trained, crate trained, neutered, has top tier insurance and is walked every day. When I am working he has a dog walker too, he comes most places with me but he’s also a very chill guy when he’s home alone, he doesn’t bark or get agitated. The last property I rented (which was carpeted all throughout) I received my full deposit back from, which I feel shows the responsibility I take in managing my home and dog.

I am 28, single and self focused. I am easy going, considerate, and clean and tidy.

I enjoy the outdoors, keeping active and wholesome days out. I have a small circle and value my peace.

I also more or less have everything to furnish a full flat/house (excluding white goods), all well kept quality stuff, just in storage waiting to find the right home.

I don’t take any sort of drugs. I enjoy the odd cheeky pint and a catch up at the pub though.

I smoke cigarettes but always outdoors, ironically I can’t stand the smell. I do vape indoors however.

I work full time as a senior care assistant and make a good wage, previous to this I worked for the NHS in major traumas before relocating. I am also doing a part time degree through the open uni.
