Looking To Share WIth A Difference

I am looking for a house or flat to share but with a slight difference. I have a 3 year old little boy and whilst he does not live with me he does come over at the weekends to visit for a day. (currently he does not stay overnight) and like all little boys he does have toys (and plenty of them) so the person I would share with would need to be happy with his visits and be child friendly.
