Looking for Studio/ 1 Bed flat

Hi All,


I am am working in Chiswick as an IT professional and looking for a spacious, clean, and bright studio or 1 bed flat from January/ February onwards only
in these areas:
- Chiswick (proximity to Chiswick park station or Turnham green station)
- Hammersmith (King street area)
- Kew Gardens (close to station)
- Richmond (close to station)
- South Acton (overground)
- East Twickhenam (walking distance to Richmond).

Other areas and 0.5 or more miles from stations are not considered.
My budget is relatively flexible if the flat ticks the right boxes. I only consider Edwardian or Victorian conversions if the flat is on top
floor. Unfurnished is preferred but furnished is not a deal breaker. I have no pets and not smoking and looking for non smoking places. I have landlord references and I am proud to keep my rents clean at all times. I live a quiet lifestyle and looking for peaceful places.
