Hi, I'm Nikhita and I'm looking for a new place to call home!
I currently work as Director of Strategy in an AI & Tech company, and am looking for properties to rent preferably up to £1800pcm with bills and would like to share with one other like-minded person!
I work hybrid, around 3 days in the office per week. Therefore, I'll need a spacious room or desk space elsewhere in the home. More than happy to share this arrangement and be flexible on this!
I would love to have a cosy, peaceful home to come back to after a long day and seek someone clean, who wouldn’t mind socialising together or relaxing with Netflix from time to time but to also respect each other’s space and quiet. I am considerate, kind and respectful as a flatmate, and always look after the home like it's my own :)
Own bathroom / en-suite essential.
I am very into health and fitness, so someone of a similar mindset would be ideal. No smokers or party animals please!
Gym / concierge etc in a new build would be the ideal too but not essential.
