Looking For A Nest

I am a broadminded Indian male. I am very disciplined, clean, organised, decent, friendly, but not the loud type. So you can rest assured that you won't be having any problems by having me as a tenant.

All I cook is tea/coffee/rice/omelette. I would also need the kitchen to heat up the takeaway food.

I would prefer an en suite single room, preferably on top floor and definitely not on ground floor. Though I don't object to anyone smoking, I would still prefer to live with non-smokers.

Unless it is really urgent, I would love to receive texts rather than calls..
