Looking for a cosy home

I'm interested in living a nice relaxed household with people who are considerate and friendly.

I'm originally from Finland, but I've lived in the UK for 25 years. I'm 44, so I realise I must seem ancient to some of you young people, but I promise I'm youthful and fun despite my advanced years.

I work in the non-profit sector, and in my spare time I make lots of things (sewing, knitting, set design, jewellery and lots of other stuff), and sing in a huge pop/rock choir called Some Voices. I have a habit of baking far too much cake, so I would require some help with eating it occasionally. I'm usually fairly quiet during the week, and see friends during the weekend for a few drinks. I like socialising with flatmates and really enjoy cooking together, but I'm happy to let everyone have quiet time as well. I've lived with several neurodivergent people and would be very happy to live in an LGBTQ household.

I'm happy to teach flatmates how to use my sewing machine, or learn knitting, crochet, embroidery, beading etc. if anyone is interested.

I'm not a clean freak, but I like it when everyone does some cleaning regularly so it's not all left for me to take care of. I work from home pretty much all the time.

I've lived in my current flat for 7.5 years, and I'm only moving out because our landlord is selling the place. Ideally I would like to move during July or August, but I have some flexibility from my landlord.
