Easy going guy seeking a room

Easy-going, clean, respectful Finance student seeking room. Open-minded and curious to get to know people, but equally independent and has own life and not one to pry.

I'm a Vegan if you prefer a Veggie household. I tend to study at home in my room most days, but often will change things up and find a local cafe. Outside of work, I've gotten into running over the past year and am learning Italian as a side-quest.

I pride myself on being clean, tidy and respectful. I leave rooms behind as I'd like to enter them and hate stress and drama in a household, preferring instead lighthearted outlook on things.

Piggy-backing on that comment, leading with kindness and generosity are important to me, and an instinct to act in a way that ensures other people are OK, I'd really appreciate future flatmates to also value this highly.

I come with 2 bikes (a road bike for weekend MAMIL-like outings, and a commuter fixie), and (potentially) a desk.
