Looking for a room preferably in Liverpool city centre (L1, L2, L3, L8) but open to further out near Sefton Park/Aigburth - looking to rent immediately.

My tenancy is up in my current flat so looking for somewhere new!

I'm an easy going, friendly guy and looking for people who are chilled and easy to get on with, I'm a social creature and spend a lot of time out and about visiting my friends in the city, love a good night out and a wine and also live for a chilled night in.

Happy to get to know my new flatmate but also equally understand if you're just looking for someone to rent a room off you and keep to themselves - I'll respect your space and I'm very clean and you'd never find my dirty plates in the sink!
