Female professional 31 for room or buddy up :)

Hi!

I'm Emily, I'm a freelance Copywriter in Brighton and I'm looking for a new room or someone to buddy up for a 2 x bed flat share :)

My budget is £800 + bills if possible.

I'm looking for somewhere for long term if poss but open to 6 months. Ideally looking for somewhere from 1st July but flexible.

I love going to pubs, gigs, the cinema and chilled evenings with wine.
