Looking for Double bedroom in Marchmont, Meadows,

Hello!

I'm looking to rent a double room within walking distance (1km radius give or take) to George Sq from September for a year. I'll be a Master's student at UoE but don't mind contributing to council tax. Budget is under £850 including bills.

Little bit about myself: I'm from Seoul, Korea and have worked in Fiji and then in Peru (international development) for the past 5 years. I love road trips or traveling in general, and cooking, am a certified yoga instructor and a scuba diver too. Also perks as having me as a flatmate are, including but not limited to, excellent brain rot/yap sesh buddy, will watch that horror movie with yous, can put together pretty chacuteries in 15 mins (photo attached) and comes with great travel recommendations to Latin America, South Pacific, and parts of Asia.

I would prefer a smaller flat (No more than 3 people per bathroom/shower), en suite, double glazed windows and no shoes indoors flat. I can also provide any landlord/roommate references if needed and pay 6 month rent upfront if required in place of a proof of income, as I will be a student.
