Looking for a room to rent near Newham

I’m a construction manager starting a project in Newham approx end of February. I live in East Sussex so will be working away from home and family 4/5 nights a week. The job will run for 12 months. Happy to pay Monday to Sunday even tho I’ll be home at the weekends for the right place 600 a month max

I’m clean friendly and quiet, I can also provide references should you require. Parking would help but I imagine would be difficult In London.
