Lecturer Seeking Double Room In Nice Area Of Leics

Hi,

I'm a 34 year old male working as a lecturer in Marketing at the University of Leicester.

I'm looking for a double room to rent in a nice area of Leicester (ideally Quorn, Rothley, or Charnwood to the North of Leicester or South Knighton, Stoneygate or Oadby to the South). I'd like to live in a well maintained house (increasingly hard to find in the rental market) with friendly housemates and parking (on street parking is fine).

I'm interested in films, photography, technology (I lecture and write about it, and also visit lots of tech companies as part of my job), cooking and visiting restaurants.
