Room/Property Wanted

Hello, ideally I'm looking for a whole property within the Durham Area ideally two bedrooms with an enclosed garden. I work full time as store manager for Sainsbury's and I am transferring to the Durham store shortly. I do have a two cats who are five years old and very well behaved, they have a lot of scratching posts and toys so wouldn't cause any damage. I have been renting my current property for 6 years and my landlord is more than happy to be contacted for references.
