Looking for Double Room or Flatmate to look with

The 2 pictures on my ad are soooo old but i cant figure out how to remove them.

Hi, I'm looking for a room in a shared house, or someone to rent a flat with. Ideally, I would like to find someone to rent a 2 bed with, but I'm open to options.

I'm naturally a clean and tidy person and hate to live in mess. I have 2 small children who won't be living with me, but might stay on the occasional weekend. However this would be very rare as more time I would stay at theirs.

I enjoy socialising but also like my own space every now and again.

I work in a trade so Monday to Friday, fairly long hours. I'm 75% deaf without my hearing aids (which i dont wear lol) so noise isnt an issue for me.

I do smoke but not in the house. I'm allergic to fur so wouldn't want pets, but small things like hamsters or whatever is fine.
