Single or double room wanted

I recently got a new job in Gravesend, so I'm looking for a spare room in a flat or house with 1 or 2 other flatmate(s) in North Kent (Dartford, Greenhithe or Gravesend) that's available 7 days a week. My budget is ?600 pcm (including bills), ideally, I'd like somewhere with a 6 month (minimum) term and I'd like to move in by early January at the latest.

I'm looking for a property that's located less than a 15-minute walk from a local/international station as I would like to get into London quite easily for meetings/social life.

Eventually, I'd like to become friends with my new/potential housemate-seeing as we're living together-so it's really important to me that we get along and we both feel comfortable living together. I'm super tidy and I enjoy reading, socialising, the gym etc.
