Looking for a room

Have a place by myself at the moment but it would help me out a lot financially to share. I?m very tidy, friendly, like helping out, work full time and I like to be out and about a lot so wouldn?t always be in the way! Would prefer to live with females. I?ve only ever lived with girls previously so, it?s what I?m used to i guess! Also, would love to live with pets!!! Happy to answer any questions!
