Room needed

Hi hope your well I’m josh…
I’m 25 years old and the reason I need a room is things between me and the kids mum isn’t working out… … I have 2 kids which wouldn’t ever be a bother as I’d have them at my mums on a weekend and I work full time as a self employed screeder, I’d only ever be in the room for 7-8hours a day threw the week just for sleep as my work schedule is crazy sometimes I even work away…. I’m very clean and very helpful and handy if you need anything doing around the house:)… or even to speak to, hope to hear back soon thankyou
