Two Rooms Wanted/Looking for flatmate!

Looking for a flatmate/2 bedrooms!

Hello! We are two twenty-somethings looking for a new flat in London as our current place is on the market. Ideally we would like to find a 3-bed so we are hoping to buddy up with someone to become a 3. We are looking all over London, from as far north as Finsbury Park, as far south as Clapham/Brixton, as west as Chiswick and as east as Hackney - anywhere we can find a place with decent transport links essentially. The rough budget would be £2500 for a 3-bed (c £850 each).

We’re two friends who met through SpareRoom and we’re keen to continue living together. Cleanliness and tidiness are important as are wanting to turn where we live into a home, not just a place to sleep. We’re looking for someone around the same age as us who doesn’t mind hanging out at home or going for dinner/drinks etc occasionally but also respects each other’s privacy and space equally!

We’re generally quite laid-back and prefer nights in to nights out. Chloe loves to crochet, go to gigs and do anything nature related 🌳 Nia enjoys baking, going for a run and exploring London’s markets 🥐
