Double room required for a decent professional working in the capacity of director for an insurance company.
I am extremely careful about personal hygiene and cleanliness about the communal areas. Happy to keep the house/flat in a good shape.

I respect the privacy of my flatmates/housemates but at the same time I am open for conversation and meals/drinks/going out occasionally.
