I am friendly, sociable and considerate to other housemates.
My number one priority is a fast and reliable internet connection (at least 50Mbps) that can be connected to the router via an Ethernet connection. This is essential for my job as internet problems can lead to negative reviews from students/lost work.
My working hours are sporadic but I am available for classes 8am-8pm every day except Friday. For this reason, I am looking for a relatively quiet house where this will be possible.
I love going to pubs and gigs (well, before the virus anyway).
My main hobbies are language learning and playing the guitar (but don't worry, I'm considerate about noise etc).
