Looking For A Room In North Or East London

Hi,

I’m looking for a room in Hackney, Islington, Walthamstow or around seven sisters. I’ve been really happily living for the past 5 years in Hackney, the last three in a house in Clapton that’s due to be renovated soon. So I’m looking for a place before the end of August -I’m flexible about the move in date.

I love living in a friendly sociable house - I currently cook, garden, bbq and (used
to) go to the pub with my current flatmates a bit. I’ve lived with them for a quite a while and we’ve become good mates.

I work 9-6 as a researcher in social policy (I promise I’m more fun than that sounds) with occasional evenings and weekends, but outside of work my interests are mostly creative, and I like to make the most of living in London and go to exhibitions and gigs with friends.

I’m housetrained, and I’m currently in charge of basically all the admin in my current place. It’s definitely important to me to live withpeople who like things pretty clean, tidy and generally cosy and friendly. I can probably afford anything under £1000 including bills.
