Professional male looking for en suite bedroom

Looking for a clean, quiet house/flat near to Dumfries town centre, preferably similar aged householder who works too. I work Monday to Friday, I am quiet and respectful of others , I have three children who I see on a regular basis, (although I wouldn't expect to see them at whatever house I was sharing). I like to keep fit and read/listen to music (headphones). Have elderly parents in the town centre, hence the request for town centre. Don't drink or smoke.
