Professional Male seeks mid-week rental

I am looking for a room to rent in the south of Cambridge for 2.5 nights (Tuesdays, Wednesdays an every odd Thursday) each week from June or after. I'm an Assistant Professor at the Early Cancer Institute, part of the Clinical Faulty, where my lab develops blood based diagnostics to detect cancer earlier, when it can be more easily cured. For family reasons I primarily live in London but work part of each week in Cambridge in person and am looking for somewhere to stay to facilitate this. I've had this arrangement for over two years however the owner of my current room requires it back for a family member's use, so I'm looking for somewhere new, near the biomedical campus (within a 30 minute cycle). I usually work late while I'm in Cambridge and spend relatively little time at the flat, usually arriving between 7-10pm in the evening and leaving between 7-8am the next morning. I'm clean, tidy and considerate to the requests of the owner as my current Landlord will be happy to attest. I currently pay £360 pm for this. If preferred, I'm also open to a pay per night arrangement where nights that I'm not there could be let on Airbnb. In this case I'd be happy to agree and pay for my nights several months in advance for ~£35 per night.
