Professional Male seeks 2 day mid-week rental

I am looking for a room to rent in the south of Cambridge for two nights (Tuesday and Wednesday) each week from March or after. I'm an Assistant Professor at the Early Cancer Institute, part of the Clinical Faulty, where my lab develops blood based diagnostics to detect various cancers earlier, when they are more easily cured. For family reasons I primarily live in London but work 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) in Cambridge in person and am looking for somewhere to stay each week on Tuesday and Wednesday night to facilitate this. I've had this arrangement for over two years however the owner of my current room requires it back for a family member's use so I'm looking for somewhere new, near the biomedical campus (within a 30 minute cycle). I usually work late while I'm in Cambridge and spend relatively little time at the flat, usually arriving between 8-10pm in the evening and leaving between 7-8am the next morning. I'm clean, tidy and considerate to the requests of the owner as my current Landlord will be happy to attest. I'm looking for £300 pm for these 2 nights per week but I'm open to negotiation.
