Two PhD students looking for two rooms

We are two PhD students about to embark on a pre-sessional period at CCCU for six months. we are also fully funded, on a scholarship, which means we'll never be late to pay for rent.

Majored in literature, now in creative writing, I am a mature student, fond of reading, which means I am noiseless, easy going, tidy and clean (Because, like all creative writers, I stay home a lot, and like my place to be clean and cordial. I also enjoy cleaning around the house.)

My friend enjoys the same features.
