33 yr old Canadian transplant working in film

hi ! :) I'm a queer 33 year old who just moved here from Montreal to work in film. I've lived in many flat shares and ended up befriending most of my flat mates - have never had any conflicts or issues ! I'm organized and very good about keeping common spaces in order.

I think I'm a fair mix of social / reserved - I am happy to have a drink / potluck with my flatmates once in a while but am also respectful of people's personal space. Let me know if this description fits what you are looking for - I'm staying with a friend for the moment but would be looking for a place ASAP.
