Music tutor looking for room & another to teach in

Hi,

I'm Tom; I'm looking for a room in Central Reading! I'm not too fussy about location as long as it's pretty easy to get to the station. Having some friendly, chatty housemates with similar interests would be a bonus too.

I'm a musician and music tutor and am ideally looking to be teaching from home. The room would therefore need to be large enough for a couple of small amps, a fold up sofa bed and some instruments.
Even better than that would be a small spare room that I could use for teaching.

I realise that the idea of me teaching from home may not be everybody's cup of tea, but I promise teaching isn't noisy nor am I into loud music myself. I'm pretty considerate and quiet.
I'm a clean and tidy non-smoker, and even have been known to clear up other people?s mess too!

Oh and finally, I have a fish tank so I hope there's room for that too! If the house allows other pets that would be great, I don't have any mammals yet but would like to at some point in the future.
