Looking for someone to share a house

Hello I am Prodromos and I am from Greece. I am really calm, organised and social person.

I am looking for a studio or someone to share a whole house. My budget is up to 700/per person including bills, so in Coventry we can find a really good property (two bedrooms) with less than 1000.

I'm looking to move in September 2019.

My requirements concerning my roommate are simple but very important :
1. Peace and quiet is very important, so it would be ideal to find someone who is actively trying to find a quiet house and is considerate of noise around other housemates.
2. Hygiene . I emphasise this. I can't live with a person that does not follow basic hygiene rules. Clean bathroom kitchen and in general house is critical for me.
