JUST ME: looking for a friendly & relaxed home :)

Looking for a home with a laid back, respectful and friendly atmosphere. I work from home and then like to read, relax, spend time with my boyfriend, and see friends, so keep myself to myself a lot of the time. I’m clean & tidy and considerate of noise, so looking for the same in a house mate(s). I’ve lived with two girls previously and we’re now long term friends, I really value connections, but also respect boundaries.
I’m a yes girl! …so always up for anything and would be great to have a bond with a house mate(s) too ☺️

(((Little details: Would love a double room, preferably en-suite but happy to share. I’d love a garden/ balcony to sit and work/ read in, and parking needed.)))
