Im looking for someone who has a spare room. I have no preferances on age. I am 26 and looking for any type of room to share. I am currently on high rate universal credit due to a health issue which means the rent amount suggested is 100% affordable but will be looking for work as soon as I’m fit too. I’m clean and tidy and all round a good housemate I’m currently in temporary housing and looking to find a more permanent housing solution the housing association I am under can give a reference.
