Looking for room in Manchester

I’m a Geordie looking for a room with my lil puppy Orca. She’s a long haired chihuahua and is super cute but happy to do her own thing she’s also 2 spayed and toilet trained. I’d like somewhere central or just outside with some outdoor space even if it’s just a balcony.

I’m outgoing and would love to live with clean friendly characters that become friends not just housemates. Im currently selling my property in Newcastle so would love to rent somewhere before buying.
